WiFi Around — Nearby Hotspots 4+

I really like this app a lot compared they others iv tried in the past, the fact that u can access so much for free is super awesome n iv also noticed the network booster actually does work quit swell if I might say, n I just love the fact that it does multiple diff. Things other then just Wi-Fi finder the booster the security check the speed test all awesome sauce!! I really thought it was cool to that u can actually go in n choose which network n c the diff. Speeds , never found another that does that!so thx creators u rock!keep up the great work!!

iOS 16.5.1 update causing issues?

The newly released v16.5.1 version of iOS may be having some issues with the app. The app itself says that I’m at 90% percent capacity of signal strength but the status bar only shows two bars signal strength. I had my iPad suddenly drop my Netgear WiFi connection in favor of my AT&T u-verse boxes built in WiFi for all of a sudden. My Netgear connection kept saying that it couldn’t connect and had no internet connection until I turned my iPad off and then back on. All of a sudden the app says that the Netgear WiFi is chugging along back at 90%. It may be due to a recent update in iOS just yesterday to v16.5.1.

I know that Apple means well. But sometimes you can fix one issue for some folks only to create others for everyone else.

Okay App

I’ve kept on my phone for a few weeks although I’m not too sure if it’s doing what it says. It’s supposed to analyze the network. The speed test is accurate. As far as making sure it’s secure I don’t know if it will protect my device if need be. I also can’t tell if it actually boosts the signal and so on. I do know my contacts are constantly accessed by an unknown Apple developer and it’s not protecting from that or any of the other midnight activities documented in my privacy report

HotspotShield VPN & Wifi Proxy 4+

It is a really good app to get into things that have been blocked like my school WiFi blocks snap, tik tok and all of that stuff and for me before I got this I couldn’t do anything because I don’t have a SIM card well I wanted to try my luck and get this and to my surprise it actually worked! It doesn’t really help connect you to WiFi more but it unblocks stuff and does help with internet traffic the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because it’s pretty slow most of the time and it makes me watch a good bit of adds like 4 in a row every once in a while.
But I recommend this if you need WiFi access to something and almost everything’s blocked like at school or if you want to at least take more caution in being safe while using others WiFi or hotspots!

Works phenomenally, Literally the BEST VPN!!

I’ve been using this VPN since 2017 & I am very satisfied with this products featured services. After a handful of occasions of forgetting to pay my subscription or simply not working it into my budget for the month & suffering the paranoia of unshielded online activity, I decided to pony up the annual fee. There was a bit of a learning curve as I presume is common with all VPN’s but once I figured out how, when & where to use it… let’s just say that I’ve provided some very luxurious services for myself & the group that I was traveling with making undesirable circumstances better than than they were. All in all the app works about 95% of the time for me unless I’m having cellular connection issues. I like the fact that I can have up to five devices covered on my premium acct. switching seamlessly from my cell, PC, tablet or laptop is never an issue. If you’re looking for a fully customizable, versatile VPN that’s reliable & secure… HotspotShield is the way to go in my personal opinion.

The BEST hotspot

I’m more than happy that I have downloaded this app, and for the free features it has a lot to offer! It’s accurate and doesn’t have any major flaws, practically FLAWLESS. It stays connected and I haven’t had any issues with it. I’m in highschool and as many know it my school blocks data use which forces us to use the school WiFi for even the most basic actions we make on our phones, and of course the WiFi blocks social media or (mostly) anything else that may be a possible distraction in class. I needed social media to keep in contact day to day for more serious situations other than just texting people to text. I needed school information or other important things outside of school and I was desperate for a decent vpn which I went through so many before I found this one and I am nothing other than pleased. If I had the money on pocket all the time I would for sure get premium. One big thumbs up on this one. It’s a keeper👍

Xfinity WiFi Hotspots 4+

If I find a hotspot and I can get it to let me connect it boots me after 5 minutes or less! It always asks for my password! What’s with this? I’ve got The Xfinity security, the app, and 1 time in a month it scrolled a list for me to connect to. Let’s see if they really read this! It took 3 yes 3 installs at my home and a month without TV 📺, Phone 📱, and WIFI , And to top it off they lost my old phone number too! At least the company I was with worked. They were slow but worked! My home wifi is the only good thing! Oh 2 year LOCKED IN PRICE YEA RIGHT! ITS INCREASINGLY RAISES EVERY MONTH SINCE MARCH! Until I’m helped and answered my rating stays 1 ⭐️! If I get help and answers I will raise my 1⭐️to what it deserves! Plz watch this post! People do ur homework! They have good home wifi if u stay inside. That’s only reason they got 1⭐️! GOD BLESS

This app is very unsophisticated, so whenever I’m in a hotspot it notifies me to install the latest certificate or whatever but when I go to the app it says there’s no updates or certificates to trust and in settings there’s no profile even though I trusted one to get the hotspot. I’d like there to be a renew lease option or a clear cache for when this happens I can just refresh for when the hotspot is tweaking. Either that or a static certificate option where it can install the latest certificate even if I already have it in case I need to delete the old one for some reason. I don’t even know where certificates are at on ios 14 I don’t think they have them anymore under general. I also just ran into a problem which is why I had to redownload because my hotspot asked for a login which I logged in and it said “no internet available” but usually I’d just shut my phone off and turn it back on and it would connect but today was just a different story and it kept me off and like I said there was no internet and I wasn’t picking up any internet from any other hotspot either as I tested it.

Installed and never use this app in over a year.

I was told to download this app along with my xfinity and xfinity hotspots. Rarely do I use any of these apps. Sometimes I check my wifi connection speed, reset my network or router settings, troubleshoot. Mainly log on just to pay my monthly fees. Internet is faster than most other competitors. Tends to go crazy when using wifi. In the middle of doing something Online or watching a show my connection goes away. I go to log back in my wifi settings but my network is not on the list and if it is I cannot connect. Sometimes wifi signal is completely gone. Then I have to either reset my router or just wait for the network to come back up. Very irritating but I’ve gotten use to this process over the past year. I continue to use Comcast because of the vast network nationwide. I can always find a hotspot when I’m running around my city. And price is ok compared to others. I would like consistency and stability with my network connection. Makes me feel insecure having to reboot or reset daily.

WiFi Connect — Internet Access 12+

I’ve found this app to be a lot of help. I work from home for the most part, but with children and animals and other obligations I have to do a lot of my work on the go. I’ve been able to accomplish a lot more with ease while I’m waiting for baseball practice to be over, driving carpools and waiting to pick up my kids from one of their many extracurricular activities. This app significantly improved the speed of my internet connection and allows me to download/review/edit documents without burning through my data on my mobile plan and becoming costly and less appealing. Thanks!

Downloaded a week ago it was already save my data plan from being stained and it’s easy to use is accurate at fountain hotspots in my neighborhood like it is the exes to have the passwords were correct and everything which is few and far between so thank you

I would like to know what i’m doing wrong when I tap on WiFi and it ask for the WiFi name,place and address. For some reason it’s not excepting the name. How do I solve this problem?
