Nerlos Smart Tag & Key Finder 4+

I went on a short car trip with my friends during the weekend. When they dropped my off at my house and started to drive away when I realized I couldn’t find my keys. I stopped them and by using the Nerlos app on my phone, I was able to locate my keys which had somehow fell under my car seat when I was buckling it in. My keys almost drove away but with the Nerlos I was able to find my keys quickly. Close Call. Sooo thankful! ? Ways to go Nerlos!

No instructions for setting up. Turns off or disconnects for no reason. Alerts at different distances. Had to mess with it so see what each icon is for on the app. Didn’t cost much to start with. So, I guess not to expect much. I’ll probably be looking for a better replacement soon.

I wanted this app to help me, when I misplace my car keys. However I am disappointed. When I scanned the app I found many of our home bt devices, but none I can sync with the tracker . Our TV, my hearing aid & a few of my smart watches, but not the watch I was wearing. Icons with no descriptions, no settings icon. I asked our son, who is an attorney, to help me, but he was unable to help me.
This app has low review ratings. It seems the developer has some tweaking to do.

Ok but needs work

We like that this works with the tag we have but a few changes needed.

1) there is no volume adjustment for the tag.

2) when I close the app the tag starts alerting. It should only alert when you are searching for it. The app should be able to be closed when not needed.

Please let us know when fixed. Otherwise we’ll have to delete and find something else.

Orbit — Find lost keys & phone 4+

When I started using trackers for keys and such I came up with the idea/question of a card Slim enough to fit in a regular wallet would exist. And guess what? Orbit made it. So I bought one, I tested it and recommended it to my friends. You have no idea how many times this card/tracker helped me find my wallet in my house or hidden in the couch or some backpack, or even the car. The app works as you would expect and pairs nicely. And it shows the location and more importantly the charge remaining in it. The card specifically lasts for a month approximately. The only thing I’d add for a version 2 of the card and the app would be Qi wireless charging and of course a notification from the app when the card has low charge or when you should start charging it again. Other than this deserves more than 20 stars. Maybe a wallet with the same Slim card integrated with a MagSafe magnet?

Complete junk

I downloaded the app and it worked. I tested finding my phone and my keys several times that evening. Seemed fine. The next morning neither the orbit itself nor the app would find the phone or the orbit. I tried to open the app and it would crash. I restarted my phone and the app still didn’t work. I deleted and reinstalled the app. It worked. 20 minutes later, nothing. The app can’t locate the orbit and it does nothing when I push the button to find my phone. Worthless piece of junk. Im so sorry I bought three of these for Christmas gifts. What a waste of money.
Don’t buy this product, buy one that actually works.
Edit- I changed the battery and competed yet another set up. It worked! Tried it the next morning and once again it did not work. I’m contracting the company today to return all three for a refund. This was so disappointing. I’m actually not happy that GMA even allowed this junk on their deals and steals. Orbit definitely stole my money but I sure didn’t get a deal. DO NOT BUY
Edit again — ZERO response from the developer. I guess they know this product is garbage and aren’t even going to make it right. Now the second battery doesn’t work! Pretty poor battery life for a product that worked all of 20 minutes total. Both * free* batteries are dead. I hope the lack of response is because the company is working so hard to fix this POS but I bet it’s because they don’t have any intention of actually making a working product.

Solved my finding items problem

I was looking for a solution to me constantly losing items around my house. I temporarily lost my wallet and that was the last straw. Went off to the web finding the best possible solution and came across a few different options, decided to go with this one.

It honestly does exactly what it says it does. It finds your items and records where they are as long as they are within range. Once your phone gets too far from the item, it records the last location which is super useful.

My phone connects every time it’s near the orbit device. Setup was easy and it took me a few seconds.
