Доброе время суток. Имеется Windows 8.1 Prof, установленная на ноуте Asus X550C.
При выходе системы из спящего режима отключается контроллер bluetooth. Когда он отключен, в диспетчере устройств отключен этот USB-контроллер:

Если устройство задействовать, bluetooth включается.
Но бывает, что кроме того что отключен вышеуказанный контроллер, само устройство bluetooth в диспетчере устройств отключено, т.к. «Оно сообщило об ошибке». Если устройство отключить и включить заново, проблема так же уходит, но этот момент бывает редко, обычно отключается только USB-контроллер.

1. Проверил версию драйверов на bluetooth — версия самая последняя (новее чем на сайте производителя): 8.0.1.315
2. Гуглил, но нашел только темы связанные с тем, что у пользователей не сопрягались устройства с btooth-модулем, в качестве решения нужно было зайти в сопрягаемое устройство и убрать тире или нижний прочерк из имени, но у меня ситуация иная — устройства сопрягаются без проблем.

You put a computer that is running Windows 7 to sleep. After you resume the computer, a Bluetooth device stops working. If you open Device Manager to check the device status, you receive the following error message in the Device status box:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
Also, the following event is logged in the System log in Event Viewer:

Source: BTUSB
Event ID: 17
Details:
The local Bluetooth adapter has failed in an undetermined manner and will not be used. The driver has been unloaded.
Resolution
Hotfix information

Angry Demon, у меня windows vista, там командой Пуск — Выполнить — eventvwr.msc — OK. вызывается очень большое окно, в котором ничего не понятно и сложно что-то найти

Ребят, ну может кто-нибудь подскажет какая версия Bluesoleil подойдет для Vista на все 100%? Про решение вопроса о «зависании свойств» уже и не мечтаю.

Да, помочь никто не желает Ок, другая проблема. По-прежнему Windows Vista, установил Bluesoleil 6.4.299.0, однако Windows не отдает управление блютусом этой программе. У меня сейчас два значка Bluetooth в трее. Синий (активный) управляется стандартными средствами Windows, а серый (который никак не может стартануть) и есть Bluesoleil. Правой кнопкой по нему, нажимаю «Включить Bluetooth»- получаю «Невозможно запустить Bluetooth. Повторите попытку.»
Пробовал менять драйвера bluetooth в Диспетчере устройств (раньше в такой же ситуации это помогало, правда на XP), даже удалял установленные устройства Bluetooth. Ничего не помогает. Какие же драйверы поставить, чтобы Bluesoleil перехватил управление блютусом?
