Printer driver for Canon Pixma G1010 Series
I recently purchased a Canon Pixma G1010 printer.
Where can I download the driver?
My operating system is Ubuntu-Mate 16.04
It’s hard to find the driver.
I’ve tried G3000 drivers, etc.
But nothing can match.

Note that Ubuntu 16.04 is end of life (EOL) in April next year. You may want to upgrade to Bionic (Ubuntu 18.04) soon.
Way Too Much Ubuntu
Re: Printer driver for Canon Pixma G1010 Series
I read here that the latest version of Gutenprint includes the Canon G1200 driver, and that works for the G1010.
https://www.reddit.com/r/canon/comme. work_on_a_mac/
Gutenprint is a work-alike set of drivers for linux and Macs
version 5.3.3 is available (may be a standard install) in Ubuntu’s repositories of a newer version of Ubuntu.
