Как решить проблемы с беспроводными подключениями у ресивера Denon DRA-800H?

Добрый день, форумчане и владельцы данного девайса. Столкнулся со следующими проблемами по беспроводным подключениям, подскажите, у кого есть знакомый опыт решения данных проблем?

— Подключен ресивер по проводному интернету. Установлен и HEOS, и Denon 2016.

— Подключения через iPhone, две штуки в семье (6s и 12) и у обоих проблемы.

1. При подключении по блютуз ловит помехи то от фена, который в соседней комнате, то домового звонка, и звук начинает прерываться, заикаться — хотя оба устройства в одном месте на расстоянии 2–3 метра.

Также (возможно, совпадение) при таком проигрывании через блютуз словил какой то бубнеж при звуке домового звонка и сгорел саб (сабвуфер был подключен через выход 1 по тюльпан — два тюльпана — причину сгорания ещё точно не установили — замена по гарантии).

2. Слушаем музыку через Spotify напрямую в Denon (не через AirPlay) — иногда в самом телефоне показывает качель громкости, если переходишь с приложения в приложение.

Если через AirPlay — Яндекс.Музыка — то иногда начинает играть трек и 10-15 сек тишина — потом заново включает трек и нормально все играет, иногда просто нажимается на паузу.

Вы меня простите, но зачем?! Зачем вы слушаете музыку по блютус? У меня Denon DRA800H и он прекрасно передает хайрезы по wifi с серверов Tidal (телефон используется как пульт). За всё время эксплуатации никаких посторонних помех не было. Чтобы слушать музыку по блютусу не нужен дра800 — достаточно колонки jbl

Только начал свой путь в «звуке». Понимаю уже что качество блютуз очевидно хуже чем любые другие соединения данного ресирверса. Ещё до конца не разобрался со всеми сетевыми функциями. Надеюсь данный пост даст разъяснения и другим новичкам, которые столкнуться с аналогичными проблемами.

@FROSTING прав. Bluetooth у DRA-800H лучше использовать только для разговорный речи (радио и и.д.) но не для музыки. Прекрасное качество при воспроизведения по Wi-fi через DLNA с помощью Heos или стороннего приложения (я использую Hi-Fi Cast)

Ваш DENON тут не при делах! Помехи в аппарат презают от фена и дверного замка,т.к. все рни «сидят» на одной линии питания. Переключите денлв в другую розетку питания м все пропадет. Кроме этого, одновременно с Деноном не должно быть два рядом включенный айфона. И самое важное, не стоит рвать зубы через одно место))), а в Вашем случае не нужно слушать Спотифай по эпрлей с айфона, это нужно делать на Вашем Деноне.

— в квартире разводка через 44 автомата, каждый розеточный блок на отдельном автомате. (Фен и денон в разных комнатах соответственно на разных автоматах и разных узо) Попробую конечно повтыкать в разные розетки все. Или куплю бесперебойник и фильтр сетевой, проверю.

1. Хоть 30 разеток поставьте — в квартире электричество по одной фазе идёт. По питанию поможет только сетевой фильтр.

2.Тут проблема в радио волнах — одна чистота забивает другую. Скорее всего товарищу придётся отказаться от девайсов работающих на блюпупе 😁 Ибо ни выступают «глушилками» радио частот ресивера и телефонов.

Помимо прочего, если у вас с Denon работают только айфоны, то отключите на них bluetooth совсем. Используйте AirPlay и Spotify Connect или родной HEOS.

просто хотелось проверить весь функционал. На старой портативной колонке беспроводной которая работает по блютуз таких помех не было не разу.

Да, этим он похвастать точно не может. Использую только для радио, когда новости надо послушать. С музыкой даже пробовать не хочу.

Напрасно, не хотите. У меня сын слушает. вполне себе нормальный звук для Bluetooth.

Bluetooth 5.0 поддерживает вдвое большую скорость, чем версия 4.1, также имеет стандарт сжатия aptX, что позволяет получать на наушники (которые имеют этот же стандарт) звук качества CD.
Ну, и работает 5-я версия более надежно в перегруженной среде (которую мы наблюдаем у топикстартера)
DRA-800 этого качества не дает, к сожалению.

Не напрасно. По Wi-fi с NAS великолепное качество. Зачем портить?

Моя дочь слушает Spotify. Никакого сравнения не выдерживают с lossless! И если на старых колонках ещё как-то звучало, с новыми просто ужас!

При чем здесь версия Bluetooth и Aptx? Для передачи звука с кодеком Aptx (любой версии) и даже LDAC, достаточно версии 4.1 ибо скорость передачи там до 1000кб/с (конечно в идеальных условиях) . Другое дело что многие производители добавляют Bluetooth в ресиверы для галочки и никакими кодеками кроме SBC и AAC там и не пахнет.

DENON и Яндекс музыка — не совсем совместимые вещи. у многих заикается, хотя ЭплМьюзик работает.

Друзья, не могу к WiFi подключиться в denon dra-800h. Кто сталкивавлся? В чем может быть загвостка? Только что купил. Поначалу пытался и автоматом сеть найти и вручную — ничего. Через какое-то время вообще при входе в настройки WiFi выдает черное поле на ТВ!
