Приветствую. Toshiba RFBUS Driver — устройство, предположительно Bluetooth, которое может быть например в ноутбуке. В диспетчере устройств может иметь восклицательный знак, что говорит об отсутствии драйверов.

Один пользователь решил проблему отсутствии драйверов очень просто — он перешел с Windows 7 на Windows 10. Важно — возможно у вас стоит Bluetooth современной 4-той версии. Не факт что она поддерживается в Windows 7.

Поиск дров

С драйверами не всегда все гладко — вроде бы качаешь нужную версию, а Windows пишет что она не подходит.

Напишу несколько способов, которые могут подтолкнуть к решению проблемы:

Разумеется нужно попробовать найти драйвер. Очень важно правильно узнать точно модель устройства. Для этого — нажмите правой кнопкой по устройству, выберите пункт Свойства:

Активируйте вкладку Сведения > выберите ИД оборудования. Вам нужны значения PCI\VEN:

3. При помощи ИД оборудования вы узнаете модель блютуз-адаптера. Проверьте — поддерживает ли вообще эта модель вашу операционку. Некоторые устройства уже могут не поддерживать Windows 7.
4. Скачивайте драйвера с крупных сайтов, кстати советую поискать на devid.info — крупнейшая база дровишек.
