Не знаю может это временно. Ничего. Попробуем скачать wifi драйвер в другом месте, также безопасном, а именно на сайте: driver.ru.

Для этого переходим по ссылке:

и выбираем свою модель ноутбука toshiba Satellite. Я возьму для примера самый первый DX1210-ST4N22 – нажимаем на нее.

Теперь выбираем версию виндовс, я выбираю windows 8. У вас может оказаться windows 7, или XP – также смотрим на разрядность.

Теперь ищем wifi драйвер. Обычно вам буде представлено несколько страниц. Ищем Wireless или Wlan и скачиваем. Я нашел.
