Epson m200 is an all-in-one printer with print, scan and copy features. It’s and the monochrome printer uses black ink cartridges. The laser quality Epson M200 printer works perfectly with larger offices that have large amounts of work.
The printer has several features that make it ideal for office work. It has network connectivity and can be shared through Ethernet among a workgroup. It has high copy speeds of up to 34 ppm and a draft speed of 34ppm.
Power consumption is also very economical with printers using just 30W which is approximately a fourth of what all other laser printers use. These features can all be enjoyed if users manage to download and install the correct drivers for the Epson m200.

Настройка Сканера
Чтобы настроить пакет Image Scan! for Linux нужно внести изменения в файл /etc/sane.d/epkowa.conf. Для этого потребуются права администратора. Файл очень хорошо прокомментирован, так что определить как и для чего изменять каждую опцию очень просто. На всякий случай привожу ниже свой файл конфигурации.
Так же требуется отключить конфликтующий модуль SANE epson2, закомментировав строку в файле конфигурации /etc/sane.d/dll.conf. Для этого находим строку содержащую «epson2» и меняем её на «#epson2».

EpsonNet Print is utility software that provides printing that does not require a dedicated server for printing using a TCP/IP network (peer to peer printing). Normally when printing via a network with a Win 9x OS, a server (such as Windows NT Server, Novell Netware etc.) is required to manage the print queue in the network environment. However, by installing this software on the user PC, this restriction is eliminated. Since 1997 EPSON has made available similar functions with the TCP/IP direct printing function in EPSON Printer Window! 2 (overseas name: EPSON Status Monitor 2) and EpsonNet Direct Print, however this software is now positioned as the successor to these peer to peer printing tools (EPSON standard network printing tool), and it has the following features.
