Sound issues, volume low, no bass, sound is not full

When playing music by Bluetooth, iPhone speakers, or any device, the sound is low, bass is not there, no full sound. It sounds like an old transistor radio. I have done total resets, erased all data and started over, and checked every setting in the music app. Also Bluetooth will get scratching and choppy, while using it. Like it is going out of range, but can be sitting 1 foot away from recurved, or even be in my car. Phone worked fine when I first got it, just recently had an issue. Volume level will also have a mind of its own. It goes up and down as it pleases. Almost like someone else has control of it??

iPad sound control, loud or off 2018 iPad Pro 11-inch. The volume control on this iPad has been doing a strange thing. While streaming radio to an external speaker for background music in my office, the volume is either too loud (you could hear it during a phone call), or off. Sliding from Off on the far left to the right, the slider moves about 10-15% of the way before it kicks on too loud. Slider in control panel the same. Button control on side the same. This was happening earlier, but I would restart the iPad and the finesse of sound returned (sliding even 1-2% produced soft volume and incremental from there). But now restarting is not fixing. No finesse. Either off or too loud. Any help appreciated.

IPhone XS Max, the volume on my phone keeps going to max, without me touching it I’ll be listening to music and all of a sudden the volume goes to max on it’s own. it keeps happening. i’ve rebooted, i’ve turned down the max volume level (as my ear drums were starting to hurt). any thoughts on this issue? I’m running iOS 14.2 . also, not sure it if’s related. but i’ve purchases earphones on Amazon (non-apple, but apple compliant). i use the earphones a few times, then the blue tooth stops working, it’s happen to 3 pairs, independently. i’m hoping this isn’t a similar issue Apple had with the software they created that drained the battery on it’s earlier phones (6). Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
