Are there wireless headphones that can be used with the IPod Shuffle?

Ever since I got a Bluetooth headset for my cell phone, I have become obsessed with everything wireless. Nonetheless, I now feel that wired headphones are too much now that I have been exposed to wireless; however, I don’t know if any of the Bluetooth Wireless headsets for IPod can also connect to my new IPod Shuffle. It would be great if I could get a pair of corresponding wireless headphones to go with my new Shuffle. Does anyone know if there are wireless headphones that can be used on an IPod Shuffle? If anybody can help me out, then that would be wonderful!

ANY Bluetooth transmitter that has an audio-input should work with a Shuffle through the proper interconnection cable. Personally, the idea of a Shuffle with EXTRA hardware seems oxymoronic.

There is no built-in Bluetooth, obviously, but I suppose it is technically possible if you plug in a Bluetooth transmitter like this one

which works with anything that outputs audio through a mini-stereo jack. It might look somewhat rediculous with a tiny iPod shuffle connected. 🙂

It might be better to get something like this

where the shuffle becomes part of the headset, with no cord in between.

Do you know if i could use any bluetooth transmitter to my ipod shuffle 3g

so i could control it with my wireless headset .

For controlling the shuffle, I don’t know of any that will relicated the remote control signal from the buttons on the headphones cord. The universal Bluetooth adapters that connect to any device with a headphones jack is only for the audio signal.

The thing is, the Bluetooth transmitter is a not designed to work specifically with a shuffle. It does not receive control signals from your headset and convert them into the signal the shuffle understands (which would normally come from the headphones cord buttons). While it may be possible to design such a specialized product, it does not exist (as far as I know).

You can’t, the iPod shuffle does not support Bluetooth. How do you want to connect Bluetooth using a device without a screen?

A Bluetooth Transmitter can add Bluetooth to any device. Plug the Transmitter into the phone-out port of the Shuffle and the Transmitter will broadcast to any Bluetooth receiving device such as a speaker or headset. Transmitters are available from $10 up. Some are quite small, about the size of the Shuffle. The Bluetooth Transmitter will pair with the speaker or headphones. Do not need any screen to pair. As long as the Shuffle, the Transmitter, and the receiving device are all charged, you are good to go at home, in the gym, or in the street. This Transmitter same device can be used to add Bluetooth to any old iPod, etc. actually any device that has a headphone-out port (like a Stereo tuner) will work with the Transmitter.

Настройка и использование аксессуаров Bluetooth на iPod touch

Разрыв пары c устройством Bluetooth
