18.3 new install bluetooth mouse and keyboard issues

I am new to the forum, but not to Linux. However, new to Linux Mint. Great platform, love the simplicity. I have an issue connection my MS Surface BT Keyboard and MS Arc BT Mouse to my instance.
I am running on a HP laptop and the BT controller is intel. I installed the Intel microcode using the app after install and have rebooted. I have fully patched the system with apt-get dist-upgrade, so I am at latest and greatest code too.

I found some articles on other forums that if these two devices were connected to a Windows instance on the same device that they won’t pair. I do have this situation. I am dual booting Win10 and LM on the same laptop. So I did try and disconnect/remove the two BT devices from the windows instance and am still getting the same error.
When I attempt to do the «pair» type work in the bluetooth app in the GUI instead of command line I get really nothing back. The application will find the devices just the same but when I attempt to connect to them nothing happens.
I have also tried issuing «agent on» and «default-agent» in the bluetoothctl tool to no avail. For whatever reason, BT won’t prompt for me to enter the pairing code on the keyboard.

Linux mint bluetooth мышь
На новый Linix Mint 21.1 устанавливаю Bluetooth мышь Logitech m336. Возникли проблемы с установкой и работой.
1.Поиск устройства в Blueman не видит мышь.
2.Делаю hcitool scan — показывает ее мак-адрес.
3. Через некоторое время начинают выскакивать сообщение о подключении и отключении мыши. (В Blueman ее нет).
4. После перезагрузки ноута, Blueman после поиска вдруг обнаруживает устройство и дает подключить. Все работает до перезагрузки.
После перезагрузки ноута мышь не подключается.
Начинают появляться сообщение о подключении и отключении мыши.
После удалении в Blueman из списка устройств и нового сопряжения все работает до перезагрузки.
В Убунту никаких проблем с работой мыши не возникло
