Hello,
I have an Asus F550LD notebook and I have a problem with the Bluetooth driver. When I updated from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, the device was working but one day Windows proposed me to install an update. From that day the device is not working anymore and there is a warning yellow triangle in Other Devices with the name of the device, Ralink 3290 Bluetooth. If I try to update the driver with windows update, I get this error: MediaTek — Other hardware — Mediatek Bluetooth Adaptor — Error 0x800f0203 . I searched on the Asus website but I can’t find any drivers for Windows 10. Then I searched here in the community and someone pointed out a solution which consist in downloading a file from the Mediatek website. I tried to download and install the file but this seems to update only the wireless adapter driver and not the bluetooth one. Anyone have an idea on how to solve this issue? Thank you in advance.
