I have been trying to play some modpacks on the MultiMC launcher, and I have been using the curseforge website to download the modpacks and make them into an instance. ( I have to do it this way because I have Linux Mint on my computer and there currently is no launcher for twitch on a linux computer.) I create the instance, then I launch the modpack and it gets to 7/7 on the minecraft laoding screen and then just crashes and says Process exited with code 255. My computer starts to heat up every time I try to load from MultiMC I have the current Java on it. Im not too good with computers so any help would be appreciated. Like I said before it gets all the way to 7/7 and then it freezes loading the recipes or modeloader and then crashes showing the crash report.

System Information

Operating System:Ubuntu 18.04

Summary of the issue or suggestion:

When i try to open minecraft, everything loads fine, but then crashes instantly when i try to join a server

What should happen:

It should just let me into the server, it was working around 5 minutes ago perfectly fine, and then i reloged and it broke

Steps to reproduce the issue (Add more if needed):

I dont really know how this issue came to be, ive reinstalled the instance, looked at other posts and cant find any answers

It was working perfectly fine before, but now it isnt. Im using fabric with optifabric and optifine.

you are not loading any kinds of mods in the instance, not even fabric. also check for updates.

The only two things I can think of is the following;

1. Ensure your user is part of the video group. Not sure if that applies for *buntu but it does for both Fedora and Arch — so I’m going to assume its the same for *buntu.
2. This Java VM Version: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (mixed mode), Private Build specific the «Private Build» that bothers me. Usually repos don’t have «Private Builds» unless you are using some weird ppa.

Personally — just to test I’d grab https://adoptopenjdk.net/installation.html#linux-pkg just for the sake of testing. You can always remove both the repo and the deb later on.

If your wondering — Arch user with AdoptOpenJDK with OpenJ9 outputs;

i Am Running Linux I Have OpenGL 3.1 Installed My System Specs Are As Follows
GPU: AMD 6450
CPU: Core 2 duo E6600
Ram: 4GB

this crash report seems to be doing something with xrandr but i dont actually know whats causing the problem i cant install latest drivers as i don’t know how to downgrade Xorg server on Kali Linux

Minecraft не запускается на линукс помогите! ДА в 2к18.. ПРОшу помогите

Обычный майнкрафт запускается (1.12.2) с тлаунчера а вот forge не хочет. Запускаю майнкрафт, наковальня постучит и перестанет и в консоли пишет minecraft closed with exit code 134 всё перерыл про этот код ничего не нашёл. Очень много версий майнкрафт с форджем позапускал и не работает — так что с модами мне не поиграть. пробовал обновлять драйвера (это очень сложно на линукс) ничего не вышло, яву переустанавливал — тоже ничего. Что мне делать? на винду переустановить не могу — никаким хером не получается вообще
и вот ещё при запуске новой версии майнкрафт 1.13 вот что пишет:

вот это у меня — Forge не устанавливается. Зависла установка. и вылетает к помощнику комнадному и как я уже говорил — closed with exit code 134. И да у меня 200 гигов свободно на диске

Лучше поставь ОС 7 Максимальная и не парься со всем. ОС 7 это стабильная работа, и больше производительности (там еще если пошарить в настройках, то можно максимально сделать все). Если нет необходимости менять ОС то скачай Java специально под ОС Linux,и Tlauncher тоже. Если все качал под ОС должно все работать. Если нет то обнови драйвера через солюшен драйвер паак.
