Обычно если вы берете пакет и используете рекламную компанию то вы получаете модем или телефон уже настроенный на подключение к интернету, вам только остается включить услугу по средствам смс или тонального набора. Номер активации напишу как выясню.

В случае если вы купили телефон не в Молдтелекоме и вставили в него Unite SIM карту то для активации интернета подключение услуги не достаточно, необходимо сделать маленькую настройку APN.

Заходим в настройки устройства если это модем то подключите его к компьютеру, в настройках Андроида находим : Точка доступа (APN)
в нем SIM, если 2 то обе показывает, кликаем по ней, далее с вспомогательного меню Создаем новую точку
Для того чтобы создать новый профиль, нажми кнопку «Новый», введи желаемое имя для профиля, выбери статический APN и введи APN: internet.unite.md и номер доступа — *99# (или же пароль) остальное заполнять не обязательно.
Сохраняем профиль. через пару сек. возле антены на телефоне покажет значек активного интернета.

Внимание будьте внимательные, интернет трафик бывает платным и течет как вода, следите за своим лимитом, ставьте ограничитель на трафик что бы не зайти в долги. Не раз видел как люди шокировано платили по 600, 900 лей за интернет, а всему причиной забытая страница с фильмом или какой либо программой употребляющей трафик большими размерами.
