[SOLVED] Can’t enable Wifi, network manager shows «Wi-Fi is disabled»

I can’t enable Wifi in linux mint as the network manager at the bottom right shows «Wi-Fi is disabled» under Wi-Fi Networks and it is greyed out.

I tried using «rfkill unblock all» and it will shows «Soft blocked: no» under phy0, however the Wifi is still disabled and network manager at the bottom right still shows «Wi-Fi is disabled». After I use «sudo service network-manager restart», «rfkill list all» will shows «Soft blocked: yes» under phy0.

My laptop don’t have a physical switch that toggle Wifi, and I can still use Wifi in Windows 10 since I am dual booting Windows 10 and linux mint on my laptop. Can anyone help me enable Wifi in linux mint? Thank you.

Since you are dual booting, you may need to disable secure boot & fast boot in Bios & fast startup in Windows.
