@Mettacrawer: sphinxext is called with python3 , not python2 . python-docutils is a dependency for python-sphinx , which is a dependency for this package. How is it you are building this package without it?

The comment of the latest change to the package (30664e33c6ae) is «WIP» so I guess it’s incomplete.

Some of the dependencies is missing in AUR. Also I tried building this package and it reports /usr/bin/python2: No module named build error during building.

Unluckily, pip is not packaged in official software repositories of CentOS/RHEL. So you need to enable the EPEL repository and then install it like this.

Install PIP on Arch Linux
