Rated 5 out of 5 by DonH from Better than expected. I’ve only had these for about a week and so far I really like them. When I first took them out of the box I noticed they were smaller, lighter, and more simple than I thought they’d be. After plugging in the case and charging them up I selected the ear tips that fit best and put them on. The sound was even better than I expected. Deep bass, pure midrange, and bright treble. There are no buttons you simply tap the right bud to control modes, or slide to control volume. The light weight and water proof qualities make them perfect for running or working out. Battery life is more than enough for a workout but if you need more time you just pop them back in their case and it charges them back up. Well done JBL!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Referee9 from Charging Dock is a Hassle The headphones sound great and fit great. I’ve never been happier as far as quality of sound for gym headphones. However, they are a pain to charge. I have to wiggle the headphones around constantly and sometimes manually hold them in place on the charging doc in order to get them to charge. Hopefully this issue is fixed in the latest version. Also, trying to turn on the left earbud can be an issue as well if it accidentally turns off. Sometimes I have to place back in the charging dock to get it to turn on. If it weren’t for the charging dock being extremely unreliable and the difficulty to turn the ear buds on separately, these would be the best out there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by amarott55 from I Used to love these headphonesw When i first used these headphones I was blown away by how much i liked them and for such a reasonable price. The sound quality is way better than many other headphones I have own. The fit is perfect and it cancels out noise beautifully. The only thing is I am on my second pair of these headphones and have run into the same issue twice. The left ear bud will not work at all. It will show a red light when it is charging in the case but as soon as i remove the bud from the charging case it does ABSOLUTELY nothing. IT wont pair to my phone it wont light up at all it seems as if it is lost and cannot connect to the right ear piece at all. I hate giving such a great product such a bad review but if a product only works for a couple months then dies off then it doesn’t deserve anything greater than a 1 star. If the problem can be fixed permanently then these headphones would be a 5/5

Rated 2 out of 5 by AdamWWMM from Good Quality but No Bass Just received these as a gift and because I have several JBL products, I had high hopes. The overall construction quality is great. The design works well, how it locks into your ear, and turns on/off automatically. Unfortunately, the sound quality completely lacks any bass. It’s very noticeable and not something I could could get passed, as familiar songs are lacking their signature sound. By comparison, the wired earbuds that came with my iPhone are much better than these. The sound quality is poor enough that I’m disappointed they even cleared JBL’s QC. Two stars for good construction and ergonomic design, but sound quality is greatly lacking here.

Rated 3 out of 5 by DavidP from good attempt I bought these mostly because I want to work out with them and earbud style wireless tend to fall out of my ears. So, the hooks are a great option. They stay on my ears really well. The sound quality is very good but inconsistent. It is frequent that the sound drops in and out during use. Also the microphone is terrible. When speaking, the person on the other end will inevitably tell me that they cannot hear me well or that it sounds like I am in a windstorm. The only time I do not receive that complaint is when I am sitting indoors in a quiet room. There is no way I can run or walk while talking on the phone. Battery life is great and I like the styling.
