Using Steam Link, you can connect to any computer that’s running Steam — either on a local network or over the internet. For best performance, use 5G, WiFi or a wired ethernet connection.

Всем привет, заказал Steam Link себе за 700 рублей. Возник вопрос по поводу подключения. ПК подключен к интернету через wifi. По статьяи в интернете я понял, что сама приставка подключится к себе по аналогичному способу через wifi,а вот как она подключится к моему пк ? Существует необходимость кидать какие-либо провода по дому ?

Чтобы не плодить тем, хочу спросить тут.
Steam link не видит компьютер в домашней сети. В чем может быть проблема?
Steam link подключен по Wi-Fi, Компьютер также подключен к Wi-Fi. Это критично? Возможности что-то подключить к роутеру через кабель нет.

Включена ли трансляция? Это в настройках стима > домашняя трансляция. Ну и в wifi сеть необходимо войти. Да и вообще, неплохо было бы обновиться после подключения.

Трансляция включена.
К wi-fi подключен и steam link и компьютер.
После подключения к Wi-fi Steam link обновился несколько раз.
На системной страничке роутера видны активные подключения steam link и компьютера в одной домашней сети.

Он там просит какой то IP ввести. Что еще за IP? У меня к модему подключено устройств 10. Мне все 10 вариантов пультиком на телевизоре набирать и еще ждать, пока он сообразит?

Вообще (по идее) он не должен спрашивать, если всё правильно настроено, комп должен быть виден в локальной сети(настройте firewall/брандмауэр правильно), соответсвенно или в настройках роутера постройте VLAN между Steam Link и компьютером

Как правильно сказали выше первоначальная настройка должна быть через роутер, то есть роутер должен увидеть устройство соединится с ним и дать ему доступ в интернет.

Коллеги — такая проблема ,помогите советом пожалуйста. В Линке без проблем увидел один компьютер, подключился, на пробу поиграл, в общем все нормально. Потом попытался подключиться к другому своему компьютеру, с моим же клиентом Стим, телефон не видит подключения. Т.е. при включении Линка идет попытка подключения к тому ,первому компьютеру, который выключен. Захожу в настройки Линка, жму «компьютер», пара секунд и оно мне пишет компьютер не найдены». Ок, жму «другой компьютер», предлагает ввести IP, ввожу его ручками — не найден. Да как то? На компе — в клиенте Стим в разделе «домашние трансляции» галочка «трансляция » стоит, в винде (вин 7 64) брандмауэр на пробу выключал полностью, сеть общественная (пробовал домашнюю). Что я делаю не так?

Господа! Ничего полезного не нашел, помогите с проблемой:
После обновления стима на ПК (вин7 64) Линк перестал видеть этот самый ПК в сети (т.е. статус «не в сети»). Подключение по LAN. Подключение по вай-фай работает, все видит. Переставил драйвер на адаптер, провод проверил, механических повреждений не нашел. Что можно еще попробовать или где почитать?

Подскажите пжл, у меня все настроилось без проблем. Но как его потом включить повторно не вынимая штекер из розетки?
