ATENÇÃO! Não compre a versão 2019 desse headset.

Quero chamar atenção de quem pensa em comprar esse headset, ele tem duas versões, até 2019 e acima de 2019, aqui vou dar a minha opinião sobre o modelo 2019. A versão 2019 não atualiza o headset via software do fabricante, e isso limita o headset em melhorias que foram corrigidas nas versões acima de 2019. O headset se transforma, melhora a equalização do áudio e amplifica um pouco mais o volume no PC, em consoles ou em qualquer dispositivo compatível com o aplicativo Dolby Acces! Se você não usar esse aplicativo, o volume do headset é baixo, e infelizmente os detalhes do áudio não ficam claros e definidos, principalmente para jogos, ele não é uma das melhores opções, pois, dependendo do volume nativo do jogo, chego a afirmar que a experiência é decepcionante, porém, se o jogo for compatível com a tecnologia Dolby Atmos você nota a melhora. As frequências são muito equilibradas, ótimos graves, médios e agudos. O conforto é ok, uma cabeça muito grande pode ter dificuldade com ajustes. As earpads são confortáveis, porém de péssima qualidade, a respirabilidade é ruim, você transpira muito com elas, que se ressecam, e logo as earpads se deterioram, elas se esfarelam, com um ano de uso tive que substituí-las, por earpads em camurça, que além de confortáveis e duráveis, manteve o isolamento do áudio. Os cabos são de péssima qualidade, eles são em uma material meio que emborrachado, porém, começam a ressecar e logo se desgastam e começam a esfarelar, com um pouco mais de um ano tive que substituí-los por outro, e acabou que não comprei original e sim de outro fabricante por causa do material do cabo original. Não vejo um custo-benefício nesse headset, achei caro pela sua construção com materiais de péssima qualidade como são os earpads e os cabos, além da dependência do aplicativo Dolby Acces, que terá um custo a mais adquiri-lo e para que assim, ele tem um desempenho no mínimo satisfatório.
