Как передать аудио с windows на linux?

На сервак с дебианом ставь paprefs в нем включи upnp\dlna сервер и airplay, или тоже самое через конфиги.
На винде утилита Stream What You Hear.
На андроиде софтинка AirAudio, но ей обязательно нужен рут.

Хм, еще есть порт pulsaudio под винду. Можно попробовать нативно для пульса звук пихнуть по сети.

Stream What You Hear действительно делает то, что мне надо)
для музыки — круть, но для фильмов и игр не подходт 🙁
У меня задержка порядка 10 сек

Самая маленькая задержка будет по bluetooth. Еще меньше если просто кинуть шнурок с джеками =)

Сёмка Гавриленко, задержка будет ВСЕГДА если не напрямую звук идет. По моему в самой софтине можно еще размер буфера подкрутить, но это все равно будет не то

GavriKos, скажу больше, задержка есть даже локально. Ее накладывает сама звуковая карта, затем драйверы и следом всякие свистоперделки в виде эквалайзеров-улучшайзеров.

Самое простое — организовать вещание VLC или Jetaudio, а на сервере Debian запустить любой плеер, который сможет слушать этот поток через локальную сеть.
Так можно организовать домашнее радио, то есть любой в локальной сети, зная адрес потока, сможет его слушать. Никаких дополнительных инструментов не нужно.

Stream What You Hear (SWYH) is a Windows application to broadcast the sound of your computer (ie: “what you hear”) on an UPnP/DLNA device such as TVs, amps, network receivers, game consoles, etc.

• Capture any sound on your computer (“what you hear”)
• Streaming as MP3 or WAV/PCM (L16) over HTTP
• UPnP/DLNA 1.0 Media Server compliant
• Supports automatic UPnP/DLNA Media Renderer detection and “Play” action
• Record What You Hear into MP3 file

• Before installation make sure your environment complies with minimum requirements (Windows Vista, 7 or 8/8.1 (x86/x64) with .NET Framework 4.0 installed)
• Download and install the latest release of SWYH on http://www.streamwhatyouhear.com/download/
• Launch the “Stream What You Hear (SWYH)” application
• Right-click on the SWYH icon in the systray and go to “Stream to” menu
• Select your device and wait few seconds

SWYH was developed by Sebastien Warin (http://sebastien.warin.fr) who currently lives in Lille (France). The first version of this project has been developed in July 2012 and published in October 2012.

Since June 2015, I decided to release the source code of SWYH to enable everyone to understand, diagnose, fix and improve this great application.
