Как подключить Ugreen bluetooth cm390 на ubuntu?

Как подключить Ugreen bluetooth cm390 на ubuntu?
Подключил bluetooth система увидела что есть устройство, но в настройках всё равно пишет:
«Адаптер bluetooth» выключен. В комплекте шёл диск с драйвером, но там вроде как для винды всё, exe файлы. Что делать?

Я уже в терминале начал копать, зашёл в блютуз и вот вывод
[bluetooth]# show
No default controller available

я так понимаю что у меня либо комп его не видит, либо что. Но без блютуз в настройках пишет что Адаптеры блютуз не найдены, и после того как я вставлю блютуз пишет уже что Адаптеры не подключены

может стоит посмотреть на странице Ugreen есть ли поддержка в Юникс системах?
на крайний случай попросить драйвера для устройства, для ручной установки

дистрибутив: Linux Mint 20.1 (Ulyssa) UBUNTU_CODENAME=focal.

Симптомы те же:

Как я понимаю — либо оюновиться на что-то с ядром 5.8+,
либо собрать ядро 5.4x c патчем https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/bluetooth/pat.

Если есть другие варианты, они могут оказаться полезными много кому.

UPD: Решение без пересборки ядра 5.4x

Распаковываем, заходим в директорию,
sudo make install INTERFACE=all
Подключаем/переподключаем свисток в USB порт.

It’s almost half a year later and it still doesn’t work.
