Всё приходится делать самостоятельно. На ресурсе уже рассматривались блютус-донглы, сделанные на этом чипсете, однако, каких-либо внятных пояснений относительно их функций получить не удалось. Ок, заказываю, изучаю самостоятельно.

В отличие от многих поставщиков/продавцов чайнабай присылает красивый приличный блистер, в котором содержится не только сам донгл, но и твёрдая картонка с приятной полиграфией и, смотрите-ка, даже диск с программным обеспечением!

Однако, меня интересует одна, которую данный донгл должен (согласно заявлениям самой компании CSR!) поддерживать — а именно режим HID-Proxy. Что это за режим (профиль)? Это такое аппаратное состояние донгла, когда он успешно изображает из себя обычное USB устройство, не требующее для своей работы каких-либо подпорок-костылей в виде драйверов-стеков и прочих программулин, то есть, он способен работать без загрузки операционной системы, что обуславливает возможность функционирования спаренной с ним клавиатуры/мыши непосредственно после подачи питания. Значит, можно вводить пароли, ковыряться в БИОС и тд. После загрузки системы (и драйверов-стека) донгл автоматически переключается из режима HID в режим HCI, то есть привычный всем режим, и далее работает с полным функционалом, переподключив те самые злополучные клавиатуру и мышь заново, и готовый спариваться с другими устройствами. Это всё не мои придумки, это я кратенько пересказываю собственный релиз компании CSR.
Как же сделать, чтобы донгл переходил в режим HID-Proxy? Ответа на этот вопрос в рунете нет совсем. Более того, эта тема вообще почти не упоминается — как будто и нет таких проблем с данным устройством (да и его самого нет тоже). У буржуев чуть поактивней, однако, тоже полный тухляк.
Вот ответ на вопрос от официального представителя техподдержки компании «The initial boot mode is set by PSKEY_INITIAL_BOOTMODE. If this PS Key is set to 2 (HID proxy mode), CSR8510 A10 enumerates as USB HID device.

When the PC boots with its operating system and Bluetooth host stack, the Bluetooth host stack may reboot the CSR8510 A10 in mode 0 (standard HCI operation).
In this mode, the Bluetooth Host Stack handles the HID device functions.»
Всё понятно, да? «Три румба вправо — Да ты рукой покажи»! Тьфу.

Оказывается, есть такая специальная утилита, состоящая из файла hid2hci.exe, после запуска которой можно выбрать некие опции, что переключит внутренние мозги донгла (то есть, фактически сменит ему прошивку) на дефолтное использование режима HID-Proxy, с последующей передачей управления стеку. Однако, люди, которые об этом пишут, сразу говорят: «И не спрашивайте меня, где её взять», гугление на предмет скачивания выявило этот файл лишь в вирусных базах, и только. Официальный сайт CSR также не хочет обеспечивать меня необходимыми инструментами.
Поэтому, на данном этапе, я ставлю крест на данной деятельности, возможно, кто-то из читающих этот текст знает решение.
Итак, донгл на чипсете CSR8510 A10.

Сделан аккуратно, хорошо, его размеры чуть больше, чем традиционные нано-донглы, поэтому он чуть выше выступает из панели

Производитель обещает нам рабочую дистанцию аж 20-50 метров, не знаю, насколько это правда, но работает он очень уверенно, это самый лучший мой блютус-донгл на текущий момент. Каких-либо проблем с установкой его в систему не возникло: сначала были установлены драйвера с прилагаемого диска (есть даже русский язык), затем воткнут донгл — и он сразу начал работать. В процессе работы он моргает синим неярким светодиодом, частота моргания зависит от режима работы. Кстати, начинает моргать ещё до загрузки ОС, что косвенно подтверждает его готовность к действиям без драйверов (справедливости ради, отмечу, что ни продавец, ни производитель не заявляли работу режима HID-Proxy).

Диспетчер устройств видит его как лютус-устройство CSR, всё стандартно.
Все устройства, которые я пыталась подключить к компьютеру через этот донгл — подхватывались мгновенно и работали стабильно — фотографии с телефона летают на какой-то совершенно бешеной скорости, аж невозможно успеть прочитать цифирку параметра скорости передачи
в общем, что — стоящая вещь с нераскрытым (пока) функционалом. Но и то, что есть — работает отлично. Рекомендую всем, кому нужен такой донгл — не вижу смысла покупать на пару долларов дешевле те же донглы стандарта Bluetooth 2.

The wireless adapter does not have a great range. It works with windows 10 after installation. The wifi works perfectly but there were issues in Bluetooth according to one customer (could be bad technical skills of customer).
