Приветсвую. Уважаемые, подскажите пожалуйста — как установить альбион на Ubuntu? Скачал я файл, что дальше? После клика по файлу ничего не происходит. Сори за нубский вопрос заранее.

Чек бокс «разрешить запуск файла как программы»
ну и всё.

Кури мануалы по установки! У меня ArchLinux так что не могу сказать точную комманду.
А в убунту точно надо права дать на чтение, а потом просто ./имя файла

Для установки нужно перейти в папку со скаченой игрой (/home/имя пользователя/Загрузки/)
1. Открыть терминал сочетанием Ctrl+Alt+T
2. cd /home/имя пользователя/Загрузки/ — Куда закачали клиент albion-online-setup! У Вас путь может отличатся!
3. Набрать chmod 755 albion-online-setup
4. Можно проверить командой ls -la — Там должен быть параметр x
5. Набрать ./albion-online-setup

Народ, может кто сталкивался с проблемой. Игру установил (на Ubuntu 16) запускаю лаучер — ничего не происходит. Пытаюсь запустить повторно — пишет что у меня уже запущен лаучер. И все. Больше ничего не удается.

How to install Albion on Linux

I’ve just bought the game and I am unable to start the installer in Linux (debian).
What I did was:
1) download the client from albiononline.com/en/download (about 65MB).
2) Install the file downloaded from 1.
3) I run ./Albion-Online and nothing happens

If i run it for a second time I got a warning «There is already an Albion Online Launcher running» and the logs below.

Any ideas of what is missing or how can i start the game?

I opened a case with support too and I am working with them.
If we manage to make it run I will let yo know

It also works on Fedora, but not working on mu desktop with Debian.
I opened a case with support, but they said they will not assist because it is Debian

I found a workaround for this on reddit reddit.com/r/albiononline/comm…start_game_on_arch_linux/
The problem happens only when trying to run the updater.
It is possible to manually download the client and then start the game.
Find the filename of the latest version here live.albiononline.com/autoupdate/manifest.xml
and create a link like this: live.albiononline.com/autoupda…ux-full-1.0.307.69352.zip

It works on Debian testing.

How to Install Albion for Ubuntu 14.04

I am not quite sure what it is that I am doing wrong. I have tried installing manually, a few different ways.

sudo get.app ./albion-online-setup
with this I just get permission denied

Ive attempted installing with a zip file.
