Установка vivaldi astra linux

не запускается на астра линуксе

Замечу, что комп новый, запускается только на дистрибутиве с версией ядра 5.4 (возможно 5.3) и выше. При этом firefox и chromium запускаются нормально. При запуске vivaldi в терминале (на астра линуксе) пишет:

@Eugenex ну раз уж ругается на песочницу, то запускай с флагом —no-sandbox
а если дело всё же в GPU (да ещё и multiple threads), то пробуй с флагом —disable-gpu

@iNDiAnFLy с флагом —no-sandbox все осталось также, а с —disable-gpu запустилось, спасибо конечно, но теперь аппаратное ускорение графики не будет работать у меня, так ведь?

@iNDiAnFLy если это так, то почему firefox и chromium нормально запускаются с установленной галкой на использование аппаратного ускорения?!

@iNDiAnFLy если дело во флэше, то почему тогда не запускается браузер при отсутствии галки включения флеш-плагина? И при этом нормально запускается браузер при отсутствии галки использования аппаратного ускорения?

@Eugenex браузер сначала запускается, а только потом читает конфиг из профиля пользователя. отключение аппаратного ускорения работает ещё до чтения всех конфигов и запуска плагина. просто снеси плагин, в нём теперь всё равно нет никакого проку.

@iNDiAnFLy какой именно плагин ты имел в виду, флэш плагин что ли? Если так, то никакой флэш плагин я не ставил, и при установке системы он не ставится (проверил в менеджере пакетов)!

@Eugenex ок, значит ругань (из вашего лога) только о том, что он не нашёл плагин.
исключаем.
что там ещё — dbus?
сервис dbus запущен? кстати, возвращаясь к кодекам — вивалди работает с системным ffmpeg
или установлены кодеки вроде chrome-binary-plugins?
у меня сорсовый дистрибутив, мне сложно ориентироваться и предполагать что у вас в этой астре происходит.
но очевидно же, что проблема в каком-то дополнительном компоненте в виде кодеков или плагинов, с которым отказывается работать драйвер видео intel

@iNDiAnFLy dbus запускается самой системой, это ведь система межпроцессного взаимодействия. ffmpeg не установлен, а chrome-binary-plugins совсем нет в менеджере пакетов.

@Eugenex набор плагинов может иначе называться.
если нет ffmpeg, то кто отвечает за кодеки?
значит есть что-то, что ставилось зависимостью к хрому или вивальди,
у меня это chrome-binary-plugins (или через ffmpeg)

И, кстати говоря, я тут попробовал запустить с галкой gpu, после запуска браузер вроде работает, но при этом не отображаются настройки браузера, и в терминале пишет следующее:

How to Install Vivaldi Browser on Linux Desktops

It’s no doubt that Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari are the most commonly used web browsers around the globe. However, if you are in search of an exciting browsing experience with some oomph and lots of flexibility and privacy, then you should consider trying out the Vivaldi browser.

Installing Vivaldi from Command-line in Linux

To install Vivaldi from your terminal, follow the outlined steps.

Install Vivaldi in Ubuntu, Debian & Mint

Vivaldi is not provided by the official repositories. As such, we need to manually add it, but before we proceed with that, we need to add and sync its repository.

To do so, first, import the Public signing key for the verification of repository packages and then add the repository, as this ensures that you are adding packages from a trusted repository.

Add the repository and install Vivaldi as shown.

Once installed, verify the version of Vivaldi:

$ vivaldi --version Vivalid 5.1.2567.39 stable 

From the output shown below, you can see that we have installed Vivaldi 5.1.2567.39 which is the latest stable version at the time of publishing this tutorial.

Installing Vivaldi Using Graphical Installer in Linux

Installing Vivaldi graphically is quite a straightforward process. Head over to the Vivaldi download page and download the .deb or .rpm package to your computer.

Next, head over to the ‘Downloads’ folder and right-click and select ‘Open with Software Install’ to install it.

Thereafter, the installation will get underway and complete.

Launch Vivaldi Browser in Linux

With Vivaldi installed, the last step is to launch it. So, click ‘Activities’ on the top left corner and search for ‘Vivaldi’.

Click on the Vivaldi icon to launch it. Vivaldi will pop open and provide you with options of how much you want from the browser. You are provided with three options – Essentials, Classic, and Fully Loaded profiles. Feel free to select your preferred option and click ‘Continue’ to proceed with customizing your browser.
