@moobyfr There is no ~/.xorgxrdp.10.log file.

/usr/lib/xorg-server/Xorg.wrap: Only console users are allowed to run the X server Oh. I forgot to read ArchWiki. Everything works well. Thank you for your patience.
As reported in neutrinolabs#1106, Arch Linux looks to me like using Xorg wrapper now.

I kindly ask for your cooperation. Please revert the change on /etc/X11/Xwrapper.config . Then edit /etc/xrdp/sesman.ini like this and can you confirm if it works?

Maybe we need to update help text in sesman.ini . See also #1107.
Also, let me know the output of following command:

I revert the change on /etc/X11/Xwrapper.config , restart xrdp service and confirm reproduce blue screen.
Then I edit /etc/xrdp/sesman.ini as you told me and restart xrdp service. It works!
Now I execute /usr/lib/xorg-server/Xorg :10 -auth .Xauthority -config xrdp/xorg.conf -noreset -nolisten tcp -logfile .xorgxrdp.10.log . Its output is:

I’ve installed mate and xrdp on Ubuntu 18.04. Now I try to connect to this PC from another Ubuntu with Remmina: I press OK, login window disappears background is same,nothing happens. My ~/.xsession contains mate-session. xrdp.log contains stuff like this:
